Within the framework of a promotional program, our Ukrainian customer Zipauto organized a two day outdoor seminar in Antalya, Turkey in the weekend of 9 and 10 September in order to raise the loyalty of their customers for their main brands: FRAM and Castrol.
Invited participants were the owners and top-managers of mid- and large workshops buying these products, including key customers and potential future customers with good perspectives; they are supposed to play an important role in Zipauto’s business. The seminar was devoted to information exchange between suppliers and customers, news, and products advantages comparing to competitors.
The main purpose of the seminar was to make customers brand loyal which contributes to a long and fruitful cooperation between Zipauto and its’ FRAM and Castrol customers.
The seminar was a big success for Zipauto who is doing an excellent job with FRAM in the Ukraine. There were 50 participants who enjoyed this informative and entertaining weekend.
