Since the first of April William Smeekes joined the Sogefi team as Sales Director of Sogefi Filtration BV. In this job he is responsible for the sales activities of the brands Fram, Purflux, Fiaam, Coopers and Tecnocar in the Benelux, Central- and East Europe, the Balcan and Russia.

William is the successor of Cees van Duin whose responsibilities have been shifted more towards the internal organization of Sogefi Filtration BV. Cees van Duin is still responsible for the result of the BV being the General Manager but he will no longer deal with sales.

In his previous job William was working at Floor Trailers BV in Wijchen during two years as Manager International Sales. The independent aftermarket is nothing new for him: William has years of experience in the sales of car spare parts in Europe.
