Sogefi Filtration BV has been active on the Russian market for years with their filter brand Fram. To achieve extended improvement in their customer service Sogefi is currently represented in the Russian capital.

Co-operation with Brembo
From now on Sogefi serves the Russian market directly from Moscow. The office counts five employees and is responsible for several Sogefi Filter brands (Fram, Purflux, Fiaam) in the whole Russian sales area including Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan. There will be daily contact between the office in Moscow and in Weesp, the Netherlands. Brake specialist Brembo is represented by the same office on the Russian market. Director Cees van Duin: “Due to the long lasting good relationship between our companies and the same distribution channel, we have decided to share the same office space in Moscow”.

Advantages
Local representation has several advantages. Firstly, it will improve the support to existing customers and the service to the wholesale- and retail channel. The customers will now directly contact the Moscow office instead of going through the intermediary of the Sogefi office in the Netherlands.
Secondly, it is also important to gain as perfect as possible knowledge of the local market and legislation, which is vital in this very quickly changing economical environment
