With a car of maximum € 500,- the Dutch friends Bart van Leeuwen and Stephan Geenen will take off for the drive of their life to Dakar. Leaving the Dutch capital on the 24th of February they will not only enjoy the great ride to Dakar but also support the Tumani Tenda Development Fund.

Tumani Tenda Development Fund
This organisation gives financial and material support to the Gambian village Tumani Tenda, mainly focusing on educational development. In the past the organisation built a primary- and secondary school and the number of student grew from 50 to 200 in five year’s time due to the financial support to the parents of these students.

The ride of their life
For Bart and Stephan this is the ideal way to make their dream come through. After arriving in Dakar their car will be sold and this money will be donated to the Tumani Tenda Development Fund. FRAM is one of the sponsors for this trip, supplying the free filters which make sure that the car will arrive safely at its destination.
